Background:
A Cum Laude Law Graduate from the University of Puget Sound School of Law, Mr. Jensen began practicing at the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office in 1994. After 2½ years, he was promoted to Chief Criminal Deputy. During the next 4 years, he supervised the criminal division of the office. He also tried over 60 felony cases including a triple murder, rapes, robberies, and many other felonies.
In 2001, Mr. Jensen left the office to begin a private practice. Since that time, Mr. Jensen has handled hundreds of criminal & DUI cases.
Mr. Jensen also represents personal injury clients. Mr. Jensen believes that jury trial experience gives him a great advantage in all situations that could end up in front of a jury. Not being afraid to take a case to jury trial gives an attorney leverage in being able to negotiate cases. |
